Guaranty conditions:
All RAAD products are with 12 moths or 1200 working hours of guaranty, according to the signed guaranty book delivered by each genset.
After Sales Services and Service Plan:
We can deliver parts kits, we can cover your individual service calls or provide a range of service plans, tailored to suit your needs. Supplying spare parts and technical support for the term of 15 years from installing date of genset is our service we deliver regularly to our customers. Also we have optional services you can obtain as after sales services including: extended term guaranty, examination of gensets service intervals, contracts for maintenance supervision, supplying parts and consumable equipments, supplying Genuine parts,…
Education:
All users in the customer company who work with the genset can use our short term educational course in our factory or our head office to obtain the best applications from the genset.
Installation :
We perform supervision over the first time on site start of the genset. We can also offer optional service of installing of genset, after visiting customer site.
Documentations:
We supply our customers with the maintenance documents of the genset, guaranty book, drawings of the installing, drawing of panel board and the service and maintenance tables.
